Steve Wolfson said in an announcement on Monday (Tuesday NZ time) that in the wake of exploring another police examination, he confirmed that rape cases can't be demonstrated past a sensible uncertainty and no charge will be documented.

Kathryn Mayorga, a previous model, claims that Ronaldo assaulted her in a Las Vegas lodging in 2009.

The previous Manchester United and Real Madrid forward achieved a money related repayment with her one year after the occurrence.

Ronaldo's lawyer, Peter Christiansen, wasn't quickly accessible to remark. Christiansen has said the sex was consensual.

Lawyers for Ronaldo's informer, previous model and teacher Kathryn Mayorga, did not quickly react to phone, content and email messages.

She has a claim pending against Ronaldo in US court in Las Vegas. It asserts he or those working for him permitted terms of a classified monetary repayment with Mayorga to wind up open.

Ronaldo, 34, is one of the world's greatest football stars and plays for Italian mammoths Juventus. He has been named the world footballer of the year multiple times, winning the Ballon d'Or in 2008, 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2017.

In June, a claim documented last September in Nevada state court blaming Ronaldo for assault was dropped by a lady who asserted he paid her US$375,000 (NZ$555,000) to stay silent about a Las Vegas inn penthouse experience.

In October a year ago, Ronaldo said he was "an excellent individual."

"I know my identity and what I did. Reality will turn out," he revealed to France Football magazine.

"Also, the general population who reprimand me and who uncover my life today, who make a melody and move about it, these individuals will see."

The charges have negatively affected his life, and specifically on his family, he said.

In January, a Spanish court gave Ronaldo a suspended two-year jail sentence for submitting charge misrepresentation while he was at Real Madrid.

This was promptly decreased to a fine of 365,000 euros ($410,000), over another punishment of 3.2 million euros ($3.6 million).
